- Full buy-out: all 20 slots for the hours booked, priced at 20 times the single-slot rate. The same hours-a-day and days-in-flight combos apply. Hours sold as a buy-out are never resold.
- Any number of slots from 1 to 20 can be booked. Each slot costs the same, so 5 slots cost 5 times one slot.
- No weekend premium. Combos multiply: hours a day first, then days in the flight. The day combo does not apply on prime days. Prime days use twice the high-season rate.
- Rates keep their calculation precision; only the final booking total is rounded to HK$1. Gross rates: accredited agencies receive the standard 15% commission from them. Content production is not included. Hours lost to weather are rescheduled or credited, never charged.

| Loop | Ten minutes, twenty 30-second spots, played on both long faces together. |

| Lock date | 21 days before your first air date, a confirmed Shared Loop booking is locked and cannot be moved. |
| If moved | Before the lock date we may move your spot to the same daypart on another hour or day in your flight, and add 10% bonus plays. |

Payment and questions
How payment works
- Nothing to pay nowA provisional hold is free. You do not pay anything to reserve.
- Booking confirmationOnce our team confirms your slot, you sign a booking confirmation that states the media charge.
- Settle when AdBarge is liveWhen AdBarge is deployed and the launch date is set, we invoice the media charge. Settle it by secure Airwallex link or bank transfer before your first air date.
- Who receives itPayments are received by Victoria Waters (Asia) Limited, which owns and runs AdBarge. Content is checked against Hong Kong advertising standards; hours we cannot approve are not charged.
Questions
Does a provisional hold cost anything?
No. It pencils in your dates while we talk. A slot is secured once you sign the booking confirmation. You settle the media charge only when AdBarge is on the water.
What if two brands want the same slot?
Holds are ranked in the order we receive them, as first, second and third option. If the first option does not confirm in time, the next is offered the slot.
What if the weather stops sailing?
At Typhoon Signal No. 3 or a Red or Black Rainstorm warning AdBarge returns to shelter. Affected hours are rescheduled or credited, never charged.
Can individuals reserve?
Yes. Birthdays, proposals and personal messages are welcome, usually as a Shared Loop spot, subject to the same content check.
How much does it cost?
See the full rate card below. The form shows an estimate as you choose slots, dates and hours, and the confirmed media charge is on your booking confirmation.
Beyond airtime: live feeds, celebrations and launches
AdBarge is a stage as well as a screen. These packages are quoted per event and go through the same content review.
| Sponsored live feed | Matches, concerts, countdowns and launches shown live on the harbour, with a broadcast delay and a stop button on duty. |
|---|---|
| Celebration Moments | Birthdays, proposals and anniversaries: one slot for an hour with photos and an aerial clip, and an optional Victoria Waters yacht. |
| Barge and drone show | Screen and drones in sync for launches and brand nights, subject to Civil Aviation Department permission. |
| Filming hire | The barge as a set for music videos, films and creator shoots. |
| Livestream add-on | Your airtime streamed and clipped for social media while it plays. |
| Title partner | A season-long naming or technology partnership for one brand. |
